MY PHILOSOPHY AS A CREATIVE: When we lift our eyes to a darkened expanse, our vision is met with the majesty of sparkling light dancing on audacity. Like the light that sparkles, I send audacious twinkles with words and curriculum into the world to empower and collapse the nebula's inside souls and build ideals to transform hopelessness into victory. Unlocking the mind to one's true sense of power. I am a veteran Maryland-certified educator, editor, and technologist, who believes that whoever holds the pen, holds the power; it is the key to proliferating knowledge, skill, and transformation.

Who am I as instructional designer?

MY PHILOSOPHY AS A DESIGNER: When I approach designing curriculum, I strategically reference learning theories to help determine the most effective methodologies in which to present information that will provide the appropriate balance between challenge and ease, therefore, creating an experience that will dwell in the learner's long-term memory to not only foster skill, but cultivate wisdom for future application. My Prepare 2 Adult program is an example of ID philosophy.

MY PHILOSOPHY AS AN EDUCATOR: Instruction is intended to guide learners to develop skills for real-world application. I approach presenting curriculum with the end-goal that scholars will be able to transfer their newly developed skills to viable life skills. We as educators dream of our scholars embodying all they've learned and conquering life's challenges using literary analysis, math, writing, psychology, and the like to problem-solve, manage finances, build relationships, or constructing a career. Educators are the foundation that helps erect a society.
